About the Author

Rick Adams has provided coaching, consulting and instruction in customer business value generation in more than 30 countries throughout Europe, America and the Far East over the last 20 years. He is the author of Cisco’s new Customer Success Certification Program training content comprising student manuals, delivery guides, presentations and online multimedia self-study materials. He has trained hundreds of customer success managers, as well as thousands of account managers, service managers, design engineers and solution architects. He founded and owned SaaS business in 2006 and sold in 2012.

He has written many training courses, including complete student manuals, instructor presentations and online self-study courses. This includes two recently authored courses on the topic of customer success management which is part of a professional certification course.

In addition to the many training manuals and presentations, he has written numerous technical articles for Windows NT magazine, a US-based publication with worldwide distribution, and articles for Windows 2000 Explorer magazine a UK-based magazine.
