About the Author

Fran Clark lives in Texas with her husband and their three children. With a formal education in psychology and sociology, and a background in children's advocacy, she knows how childhood experiences -good or bad- can profoundly impact their future. She remains committed to advocating for children and families through volunteerism and through her fictional stories. While providing criminal court advocacy services to a family in a murder trial, Fran was told by a thankful family member that she had been "ocean water" to them during their darkest hours.
