The Meeting On The Moon
It's the start of 5th grade, the last year of elementary school, and perhaps the final year of life for one kid being terrorized by a school bully. Meet 11 year old gifted and talented Drew Carmichael, whose learning environment has turned into a war zone by Luke Hermann. Its starts as verbal taunts, then progresses to full blown assaults. Naturally shaken, he reaches out to his cold and distant father for help, but is unsuccessful. In a desperate quest to discover why his father hates him and why his bully wants him dead, Drew sends out a plea to someone he isn't quite sure exists. In a miraculous turn of events, he finds himself in a meeting with God in a highly unlikely place, the moon. Drew asks questions, but will he be able to handle or accept God's responses?

About the Author

Fran Clark lives was born in Texas. With a formal education in psychology and a professional background in children's advocacy, she knows how childhood experiences -good or bad- can profoundly impact their future. Tackling the subject of school bullying through a spiritual lens seemed necessary, her inspiration for writing The Meeting On The Moon. Many are comparing it to William Paul Young's, The Shack. She remains committed to advocating for children and families through volunteerism and through her fictional stories. Her desire is to encourage, inspire, bring peace and enlightenment to all who read her novels. Besides a writer, shes a lifetime Child Advocate, a photographer, a wife, and a mom to two sons and a daughter. Fran is a lover of all things rusticmountains, oceans, national parksand is always planning her next escape to a Pacific coast destination.
