Marius Emberland graduated from the University of Oslo and Harvard Law School before he embarked on his doctorate studies at the University of Oxford, where he received his D.Phil. degree in 2004. Dr Emberland is presently Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
