About the Author

Dr. Geetam Singh Tomar, received his UG from Institute of Engineers Calcutta, PG from REC Allahabad, and Ph. D. from RGPV Bhopal in electronics engineering has also completed Post-Doctoral in Computer Engineering from University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. He is the Director of Machine Intelligence Research Labs, Gwalior, India and also Director Shri Ram College of Engineering and Management, Gwalior. Prior to this he served in Indian Air Force, MITS Gwalior, IIITM Gwalior and other institutes. He also served at University of Kent UK and University of West Indies Trinidad. He received International Plato award for academic excellence in 2009 from IBC Cambridge UK. He was listed in 100 top academicians of the world in 2009 and 2013 and was listed in who is who in the world for 2008 and 2009. He has organized more than 20 IEEE International conferences in India and other countries. He is member of IEEE/ISO working groups to finalize protocols. Delivered Keynote in many conferences abroad. He is chief editor of 5 International Journals and has 01 patent, published 75 research papers in international journals and 75 papers in IEEE conferences and has written 06 books, and 05 book chapters in CRC and IGI USA. Has more than 100 citations per year. He is associated with many other universities abroad as visiting professor.

Dr. Ganesh Chandra Deka is the Principal, Regional Vocational Training Institute for Women, Tura, Meghalaya, under DGE&T, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Govt of India. He is also holding the additional charge of Principal, Regional Vocational Training Institute for Women, Agartala Tripura, under DGE&T, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Govt of India. His previous assignment includes, Assistant Director of Training in DGE&T, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi-1 [2006-2014], Consultant (Computer Science], National Institute of Rural Development-North Eastern Regional Centre, Guwahati, Assam, under the Ministry of Rural Development [2003-2006], Govt of India and Programmer (World Bank Project) at Nowgong Polytechnic, under the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, India [1995-2003]. His research interests include ICT in Rural Development, e-Governance, Cloud Computing, Data Mining, NoSQL Databases and Vocational Education and Training. He has published more than 57 research papers in various conferences, workshops and International Journals of repute including IEEE. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computing, Communications, and Networking [ISSN 2319-2720]. So far he has organised 6 IEEE International Conference as Technical Chair in India. He is the member of editorial board and reviewer for various Journals and International conferences. He is the co-author for 3 text books in fundamentals of computer science.
