About the Author

Shannon Lear Estrin earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and Disability Studies from Chapman University. Furthering his passion for the special needs community he received his Masters Degree in Inclusive Education, with a Special Education emphasis, from the University of La Verne. Post graduating, the Southern California native has continued to work attentively with individuals that obtain special needs. Bringing light and representation to underserved communities, Shannon served as a social-emotional learning counselor as well as a behavioral health specialist, hosting Special Olympic camps while advocating for individuals battling with mental health.
Being born prematurely and beating his own extreme odds, Shannon quickly discovered his super powers in enlightening the gift in others in order for them to see it within themselves. This coloring book is just the first of many avenues in Shannon’s vision for a more inclusive world where every kid discovers their own superpower.
