About the Author

Dr Low Sui Pheng is a professor of building at the School of Design and Environment, National University of Singapore, where he previously served as the head and vice dean. He teaches construction project management, a field in which he has extensively published, researched and consulted, both in Singapore and overseas. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), he holds a DSc degree from the University of Birmingham, UK and a PhD from the University College London. He currently serves as the director of the Centre for Project Management and Construction Law at the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
