Overview

Understand the reality of organizational leadership with this thought-provoking textbook. Through a critical and accessible analysis of key theories and topical issues such as financialization, gender, power, and environmental sustainability, the authors deftly illustrate how leadership cannot be extricated from the wider context and why leadership is increasingly seen as a shared endeavor between leaders and followers. Organizational Leadership, Second Edition has been fully updated, with a new Foreword by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson.
