About the Author

J.A. Mollett is Senior Research Associate at Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford. He previously held academic positions at the Universityies of Reading, Manitoba, California, Hawaii, and Oxford. He served in the Policy Analysis Division of the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation, and is the author of many reports and papers on international agricultural planning. HIs latest publications include Planning for AGricultural Development.
