Tiffany now lives in Maryland with her husband and 2 children. Turning her pain into passion Tiffany created the HI Syndrome Foundation and an ice cream in remembrance of her daughter. The ice cream is called Torri's Birthday Cake, which is a vanilla base custard with confetti cake and purple buttercream frosting. The purple frosting is to represent epilepsy awareness.
