#FitToBeWilliamson is about a woman who buys a Fitbit so she could be around to take care of her daughter who was recovering from being in a coma for 3 months. Little did Tiffany know the Fitbit was not just going to help her lose weight, but this Fitbit was a part of a grand design to help Tiffany break generational curses. Her journey goes from saying goodbye to her 13yr old daughter to removing her mother from her life to marrying the man who was able to see pass the pain and build her up to be a woman of God.

About the Author

With her first steps into the world Tiffany Williamson worked in the oil industry before her many years in the medical field. She was even 2013 arm wrestling champion. Tiffany now lives in Maryland with her husband and 2 children. Turning her pain into passion Tiffany created the HI Syndrome Foundation and an ice cream in remembrance of her daughter. The ice cream is called Torri’s Birthday Cake, which is a vanilla base custard with confetti cake and purple buttercream frosting. The purple frosting is to represent epilepsy awareness. Tiffany created the HI Syndrome Foundation in the hopes of one day working with the Epilepsy Foundation for more research into seizures.
