The thriller follows Wallace Reed (Mel Gibson) on a dangerous bomb-defusing mission. As a veteran bomb squad officer, Reed must navigate a high-risk situation where a mysterious caller has planted countless bombs throughout the city. The caller targets hacker and IT support technician Orlando Friar (Kevin Dillon), alerting him that there's a bomb attached to the bottom of his desk chair, set to go off if he stands up.
