About the Author

Louise Kelly is Associate Professor at Alliant International University, San Diego. She teaches coruses on Strategic Management, and International Business. Dr. Kelly’s research interests include Strategic Management, International Entrepreneurship, Teams, and Family Business. She is a business consultant and founding partner of Global Mind Center for Strategic Consulting. Previously, she was Sales Manager with Prentice Hall in Montreal. Dr. Kelly is co-author (with J. Kelly) of An Existential Systems Approach to Managing Organizations, Westport: Greenwood Publishing Group, 1998. She has written many articles published in refereed journals, and has contributed chapters published several books.

Christopher A. Booth is a doctoral student at Alliant International University in San Diego. His current academic focus is the role of strategic management in government and non-profits. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Humboldt State University. Chris' diverse academic background is matched only by his varied personal background which includes having firewalked, and paraglided off mountains in northern California. Chris is currently on avid lawn bowler.
