About the Author

Cynthia Burge is the author of the booklet Breastfeeding: A Mother's Experience. She was born in Liberia, west Africa grew up in Sweden and moved to the UK in her 20's. She is a nurse by day and a writer by night. A registered nurse with over 20 years experience in the acute, the community and midwifery settings. She is also a mother of 4 children all of whom she breastfed, for a total of 10 years. After struggling to breastfeed her first child she decided that one day she would write a book on her experience to help other mothers with the ups and down of breastfeeding. This booklet is full of tips and knowledge, it is an ideal booklet for any new mum's .
