About the Author

Cynthia Burge is the author of the booklet Breastfeeding: A Mother's Experience. She was born in Liberia, west Africa grew up in Sweden and moved to the UK in her 20's. She is a nurse by day and a writer by night. A registered nurse with over 20 years experience in the acute, the community and midwifery settings. She is also a mother of 4 children all of whom she breastfed, for a total of 10 years. After struggling to breastfeed her first child she decided that one day she would write a book on her experience to help other mothers with the ups and down of breastfeeding. This booklet is full of tips and advise on a lot of the issues breastfeeding mum's encounter. it is an ideal booklet for any new mum's .
