Annette Debisette, PhD, RN, is the Director, Division of Nursing of the US Department of Health and Human Services HRSA - Bureau of Health Professions.

Judith A. Vessey, PHD, MBA, FAAN is the Lelia Holden Carroll Professor at the Boston College School of Nursing, Chestnut Hill, MA. She is a developmental pediatric nurse practitioner and a leading nurse researcher in the field of developmental pediatrics with a specialty in school health.
