About the Author

Zyan Tolliver is 5 years old born in Seattle and raised in the East Bay Area of California. Where Zyan was involved in an accident that changed his world forever, at the tender age of 10 months old.
After the incident, Zyan was hospitalized with brain injuries and his eyesight taken from him. Becoming legally blind before even a toddler, which delayed his speech, motor skills and much more.
With the support of his mom, Zyan was able to defy all odds against him and sore past his injuries. Learning, growing and doing everything medical professionals feared he wouldn't.
Along the way at some point, he soared well enough to be homeschooled. Where mom was more comfortable being able to be with him until he is older and comfortable with more words. In that, this book came about to help along the way of teaching Zy everything he would miss out in no longer being in physical school. His mother Chrishaunna, already being an author thought this was a brilliant idea to make available to other children. So here we are and we hope you thoroughly enjoy it as we have.
