Writing can be a cathartic experience when you are going through a challenging time or rapid change. This self help guide to journaling during sudden change in life, has photos that I personally took somewhere between 2016 and 2021, that helped to remind me of the beauty that still exist in life, often when I was reflecting on life and that inspired me. I hope you find some peace and comfort in the journal and in discovering your writing. Each person's healing is unique and we all go at our own pace. This journal is a guide only and not a blueprint for all answers. As you are stepped through key questions that can help to create sense out of the chaos that comes with change, it takes you through what is draining your energy and what is filling your cup.
