Overview

Most of the information in this booklet, I wrote originally in a booklet called The Vertical Ladder. I have revised and edited that document, to make it better....to "uplift" it...which is what this booklet is all about in the first place. If you originally purchased the Vertical Ladder, this one, Your Higher Self, is similar, but slightly edited and better, more imporved. If you never read "the Vertical Ladder", then you might enjoy "Your Higher Self'. This information tells about a part of yourself, called the "higher self', that is already that better and improved version of yourselfou see in yourself right now, today. It gives you ideas that you can use to get to know this improved version of yourself, and to blend with it, so as to uplift yourself to that level. This information is helpful in assisting a person to stop smoking, to release extra weight, to gain confidence, etc. Nobody knows you better that yourself. And so nobody is better at counseling you than yourself, that higher version of yourself who has already overcome the bad habit you are right now trying to get rid of. Meet your higher self, and learn how to blend with it and release a bad habit, and "uplift" yourself.
