Overview

Through daily Scripture readings and short devotionals, this book is designed to give readers hope and a sense of belonging so many people are searching for. Prompts to reflect on each day's Scripture are written so readers have hope for today and the future by putting the words of the Bible into action. The authors write about their own experiences in life and how God was found faithful in bringing them through each one. Remember—you are never alone!

"The LORD Himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." Deuteronomy 31:8

Tammy J. Maseberg

Tammy grew up in Nebraska on a ranch for most of her childhood but also lived in Oregon and Colorado for a short time. She and her husband have lived in the Denver metro area for over 30 years. They have three grown sons, two daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter. From an early age, she enjoyed writing and drawing. As an adult she loves writing short story fiction and non-fictional blogs of encouragement and hope, pulling from her experiences in life and as a follower of Christ.

The Authors Together—In the 1990s, Iris moved from New England to Colorado, and there she began attending a church that Tammy was a part of. A friendship was born that travelled over the miles as Iris moved back to New England and then eventually to the West Coast. While Iris lived on the East Coast, together the two ladies authored a newsletter under the ministry of Joni and Friends. Although their newsletter targeted people affected by disabilities, its intent was to encourage all people.
