Sherry-Marie Perguson is a sassy, Southern, funny woman of God. She has a unique talent of weaving Southern life stories, humor and her undeniable faith into an unpredictable and intriguing journey. Sherry-Marie is the oldest of four siblings. She began writing gospel songs at the early age of 15 and has recorded three albums of her work; two solo and one in collaboration with her siblings. She is married to her high-school sweetheart; mother of three girls and grandmother of two grandsons. In 2014 Sherry-Marie decided to retire and begin her journey as author. “Your Crown Slips So What Sparkle On!” is her seventh published book in three years. Sherry-Marie not only enjoys writing, she is an encourager and motivational speaker to womens groups, book clubs, prayer groups, etc. As she so enthusiastically states, “I love meeting women of all backgrounds, introducing them to the love of Jesus and bringing the gift of encouragement into their daily life. God brought me from devastation to restoration. From victim to Victor. I live to tell my story.”
