About the Author

Brigadier Rosa Stokes is retired teacher, administrator, developer of education and social programs.
Presently she is the Leader of Leader for the communities of the United States. She was bestowed the title
of Brigadier General for United States Military in February, 2017. She is first woman and the first African American to hold the Honor position as Brigadier General. ( This fulfilled a life dream because she was accepted as officer in the military earlier in her life. It was a surprise to her and now a surprise to others.)
