Change is viewed as both equally good and bad. It really depends upon the outcome. We are talking about big changes in our lives such as early retirement, redundancy, bereavement, divorce and health problems. These life changing events will challenge us to the inner core of our existence. They can make or break us. It will depend upon how we react to Change. In the context of my book Naomi's life is shattered due to the tragic death of a child on her watch. As a consequence, she is reduced to a life of poverty and depression. But all is not lost through the support and help of her friends, family and her renewed faith in God. Naomi begins to get her life back on track.
