YOU SAW I WAS BLIND: A POETIC FOCUS OF THE UNREVEALED
The title of this book is a double entendre. During this time of my life, things were happening around me; some of which I could see and so many more were obscured from my vision. I was walking around with a veil over my eyes blinded by my circumstance and condition of what I deemed a failed culmination of years lived.
I am known to be full of abounding faith and finding good in all things. However, I was tired, alone, divorced, a single mother with six children still in the home; broken, grieving from a miscarriage and my baby sister, and I felt that God had given up on me, so why not join Him and give up on myself?
Nevertheless, that path was thwarted at every turn because I could not give up no matter how hard I tried, and when I thought I would succeed and die Abba had His plan and had already predestined every step.
