Jessica Gerlock is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer from Toronto, Ontario. In 2014, she lost over 100 pounds at 22 years old after being considered overweight and clinically obese for most of her childhood and adolescence. Jessica now motivates and inspires others daily with her healthy lifestyle approach and positive attitude. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, holding current specializations as a Weight Loss Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist.
