Overview

When Roger Littlejohn; a single father and member of the military was killed in a random terrorist attack while exiting the NCO club in Frankfurt, Germany, his cousin Tad Reynolds became the official guardian of his three nine year old sons. Tad and his partner, Jere West, had just returned from picking up the boys and were bringing them back to the states to begin a new life in Arkansas. Change was no stranger to thirty-one year old Tad. Due to a family loss of his own he had been moved from a beach community in northern California to his mother’s family homestead in Arkansas at a young age. At the time he was just a few years older than the triplets were now. He was now heading the Lawson Clan and in charge of all the business interest for the family. Yosemite Fire is the reflection that Tad has about life as a teenage member of a large extended family and their journey to reach this point. Part 3 continues his story into his last year of high school and the events of the next summer that were to change his life once again. In the process of another loss of a very personal type, he finds another love that had been there all along. He finds out just how patient love can be and what it really means to grab the brass ring.
