when I was asked to give this book a read and give my honest opinion I was surprised at the timing of the request. I've always been interested in yoga and since puberty have always tried to provide the best experience possible for my partners by putting their needs before my own.
This book "Yoga For Better Sex" by author Aventuras De Viaje has certainly put a new spin on both yoga and bettering myself for my lovers benefit. I had never thought of yoga as being a vehicle to having a better sexual experience; not only for my partner but for myself as well.
I've only had the book and been following along with the directions for a couple of days, but I already feel stronger and even more viral than I did just days ago. My current partner has even commented on my new-found stamina and flexibility. I would suggest this book to anybody looking to improve their abilities in the sack as well as all the other benefits that improved breathing habits, mobility and stamina that practicing yoga provides. I'll be studying this book for quite some time and continue to improve myself for m own and my partners benefit.Vinny
I really enjoyed this. Great instruction, nice easy to follow pictures and a couple of good routines that last about 20 minutes each. Poses are not difficult either i.e. good for beginners also. I look forward to any follow ups.
