About the Author

About the Author
Azimi is native to Sacramento, California. Her interest in creative writing was sparked in seventh grade when having to complete a poetry book during the Spring Semester. Following this, she continued to engage more deeply in her writing endeavors and four years later obtained work as a local Neighborhood News Correspondent. This experience exposed Azimi to the realm of impartial, non - bias journalistic - style writing, which she also enjoys and does from time to time.
After completing high school Azimi continued her education at the University of California, Davis. There she studied Comparative Literature & Linguistics. Her chosen fields of study were motivated by her already developed liking for the abstract artistic nature of literature and the dynamics of world languages. Prior to attending university, she both formally and self - studied various languages of interest.
Azimi’s main hobbies include fitness, health, and wellness overall. She spends her free time exercising and practicing miniature acrobatic stances. Being the oldest of five children, she also values spending time with her siblings and is close with her family.
As a person, Azimi perceives herself as an exceptionally free individual as she refrains from placing unnecessary external, societal induced pressures on herself and her life. She prioritizes continuing to become a more attuned writer in all respects, advancing in the fitness and wellness industry, and nurturing loving relationships.
