Overview

Tai Chi Chuan martial artists around the world would appreciate this in depth presentation of the Yang Style Long Form as taught by Yang, Cheng Fu. Not only does this book focus on the details of the form, both verbally, and pictorially, it presents how to use every posture of the form pictorially as well. For beginners who want to learn the form easily, and for advanced practitioners interested in improving their form, and learning how to use it in self defense. Never seen before applications to the postures are described, proving the validity of Yang, Cheng Fu Style Tai Chi Chuan as a valuable and highly sophisticated martial art.

Also included in this book are six Chi Yute Gung spiritualizing techniques. The practice of Tai Chi Chuan should be combined with the cultivation of the Spirit.
