Overview

Over the past two decades of hard work, victories, and setbacks, Doug has compiled a comprehensive knowledge of expertise in the field of business systems and cost management. Doug has compressed this knowledge into the pages of this book to provide a practical guide for everybody who reads it to apply in the daily management of their business.

Instead of employing common, traditional approaches, Doug highlights counterintuitive strategies and solutions. In this book, Doug shows the pitfalls of superficial solutions and the long-term damage they can cause. He shows how digging deep to address the flaws within the system will generate a much more rewarding and effective means of both growing revenue and reducing costs.

Your company does not have to go through the typical cycle of destructive cost-cutting. This book shows you how these inflection points can become a blessing in disguise when they are transformed into an opportunity for exceptional growth.
