It ask questions as to the progress of the effort, the status of those employed because of this effort, and has found that the intention has failed due to the lack of support found in the actual place of employment and has left many in dead end jobs without the hope of advancement to higher positions and salaries. Richard Brown has served on many Civil Rights Organizations and served on a number of committees established to seek out, confront, and eradicate discrimination in America. One of his major concerns is how little the public knows about discrimination and the current day’s method of practicing the same. His purpose is to inform as to how to identify practices, prepare and make decisions, and to confront to establish equality. Many do not know that their habits are discriminatory and still more do not recognize the practice. It is the habit in America to deny the existence of discrimination while the practice has become more open and sophisticated. Richard Brown’s mission is to let the suffers of prejudice and discrimination know that though they may be African-American, Latino, or any other race, gender, sexuality, or body type that is not part of the dominant group that they have the right to fight for Equal Opportunity, Equal Growth, and Equal Advancement if they have the credentials and perform their duties with excellence
