About the Author

Tom Billington is Senior Lecturer and Course Director for the practitioner Doctorate in Educational Psychology at the University of Sheffield. He provides Expert Witness assessments in Children Act proceedings and is Chair of the British Psychological Society Working Party on Childhood Autism.
