David J Palmiter: David J. Palmiter, Jr. is a board-certified and licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD from George Washington University. He hosts his own regional monthly television proram titled Mental Health Matters, and he is the American Psychological Association's Public Education Coordinator for Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of directors of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and is a tenured professor of psychology and director of the Psychological Services Center at Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
