About the Author

Nancy Ferguson and her husband, Everett, have worshipped with the Hillcrest church in Abilene for more than fty years. They have three children—Ray (& Star) Ferguson, Ann (& Doug) Doyle, and Pat (& George) Luchs; six grand- children; and one great-grandson. Nancy has spoken at numerous ladies retreats and workshops throughout the U.S. and in Great Britain and Southern Africa. She has taught lectureship classes at Pepperdine, Oklahoma Christian, Nigerian Christian Bible College, Harding University, and Freed Hardeman. Her writings include articles for Gospel Advocate, Church and Family, 21st Century Christian, and Power for Today and two books— Living a Worthy Life and For the Love of the Lord.

The daughter of Everett and Nancy Ferguson, Ann Doyle spent four years at university studying the Bible, and has spent more than forty years living and teaching it as she and her husband, Doug, have ministered to small and mid-sized churches in Michigan and Texas— sometimes in full-time ministry, sometimes with one or both working secular jobs also.
