About the Author

Kirsten Morgan is a writer, using poetry to explore love and loss, faith and mental health, and hope in everyday moments. She uses words to celebrate the heights of happiness, while also honoring the moments of darkness that shape us and our stories. She believes that a string of words can hold great power and hopes that her words can be a source of refuge and healing for her readers, just as the words of others have been for her. In addition to writing, she is employed full-time in physical therapy where she works with her patients to reduce their pain, improve their quality of life, and achieve their goals every day. In her free time, Kirsten can be found gathering around dinner tables with her family, enjoying the outdoors with her friends, and curled up on the couch at the end of the day with her cat, Emme.
