Ann Fields
Ann Fields, who writes professionally as Anna Larence, is the renowned author of After Hours, Second Time Around, Love Everlasting, The Preachers Wife in the anthology, Bouquet and Give And Take, which earned her the coveted nomination for the 1999 Best Multi-Cultural Romance Award. She is a contributing writer for Teen Graffiti, International Golf Preview, and the Get Ready magazine and a contributor to The Writers Block 2006 anthology: A Legacy of African-American Literature. She previously served as staff writer for The Potters House Times, and is a frequent short story contributor to magazines and newsletter. Because of her commitment to helping other writers grow and develop, she co-founded The Writers Block, a non-profit organization that supports youth and adult writers. She is also a partner in Writers Educational Services, a writing seminar company in Dallas, and a member of the Writers Guild of Texas.
Katherine “Kat” Smith
Katherine "Kat" Smith is formerly a co-host of a syndicated morning radio with ABC Radio Networks, Inc. Her Wednesday hour long show, A Woman’s Point of View, focused on relationships and during her four year show she interviewed actors, musicians and authors including; Gospel greats like Yolanda Adams and Kirk Franklin, Entertainment legend Billy Dee Williams, actor Allan Payne, comedian Arnez J and LaValle Crawford and musicians like Miles J and Keith Sweat.
Recently certified as a relationship coach a certified relationship through the Loveology University Kat also created and manufactures a communication game for couples. A native of New Orleans, at age 17, modeling and acting began a career in film, print, commercials, voice and print work. Presently she is a member of The Screen Actors Guild and have been cast for many commercials, industrial films and a movie. Her work background includes media, community and public relations, sales, marketing and promotions for several Fortune 500 companies as well as small to medium sized companies.
As a writer, Kat’s first article was published in the high school newspaper. She has gone on to have work publish domestically and internationally for several magazine and newspapers.
