About the Author

Walter Simonson was born in Knoxville, TN, and grew up in College Park, MD. He always liked drawing pictures and telling stories, and in comics he found a place where he could do both and make a living. He's worked on DC's Manhunter, Manhunter, Metal Men, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the original graphic novel The Judas Coin, as well as Alien, Thor, The Fantastic Four, Elric, World of Warcraft and The Star Slammers, among many others. Currently he is writing and illustrating the series Ragnarok for IDW.
