About the Author

Michigan is a beautiful state with a colorful history that is rich both in natural resources and industrial innovation. From the dramatic ups and downs of the auto industry to the peaceful tranquility of a summer sunrise on the lake, Michael Coburn captures the imagination of readers with characters that are flawed and forgiving, vulnerable, yet resolute; characters that are real. Born in Detroit, Michael studied English Literature at Oakland University, and he now spends considerable time in northern Michigan.
