Satch Sullinger is a longtime coach, teacher and believer in the power of playing with purpose, on and off the court. Sullinger is the 2010 Naismith National High School Basketball Coach of the Year and father of Jared Sullinger, a member of the NBA’s Boston Celtics and former All-American at The Ohio State University, where he led the Buckeyes to the 2012 Final Four. Jared Sullinger won the Naismith National High School Player of the Year award, also in 2010. The Sullingers are the only father and son to be named Naismith National Coach and Player of the Year, respectively. Sullinger was selected to coach in the Adidas Nations Global Championship in Los Angeles in 2012. The tournament features the top high school basketball players from around the world. Sullinger continues to speak at coaches’ and youth clinics across the country.

John lives in Columbus with his wife and two daughters.
