Christian Zionism, or the unconditional support for everything Israel, is a movement passionately followed by about 30 million Americans. The author was one of them, but has come to believe after years of study that they are being deceived for political purposes and worse, that they are partly responsible for morally reprehensible acts contrary to Christianity. This book is heavily referenced so that others can check the research for themselves.
