About the Author

Tim Johnson is a historian and lifelong NBA fan who admits to rooting for Bob Lanier to win the One-on-One contest on ABC broadcsts of the '70's, who stayed up to watch tape-delayed playoff games, and used his mom's lampshades as Nerf hoops as a kid. He also has a complete collection of basketball cards from 1969 to 1990, and thinks that Jim Mickey's "Fast Break" is the greatest basketball table top game ever.
