Overview

SHE WAS EVERYTHING HE SCORNED...AND THE ONE THING HE COULDN'T RESIST.

DANGER AND DESTINY IN A LAND OF SAVAGE ENCHANTMENT...

She turned her back on the magnificent leopard and gazed, startled, into the green-gold eyes of the stranger who shot the beast that might have killed her. British-born Nicole Marshall was a brilliant markswoman and less-than-willing member of a hunting party in search of the legendary white tigress. In bold Holt Atley, the fiercely independent beauty had met her match. In the shadow of the Himalayas, she plummeted into jungle darkness seeking the secrets of her past...unaware of the treachery that pursued her...destined to find what she most sought in the arms of the man sworn to stop her-the one man who could penetrate her thorny defenses, brave the fires of her passion, and by teaching her to trust, tame her wild heart.

About the Author

Given her background, it's no wonder Olga Bicos is s a suspense novelist now-intrigue has run rampant in her life. Born in Cuba, she and her parents fled to the United States when Olga was just five years old. Her uncle, however, was part of an underground organization attempting to overthrow Castro. He was captured and held as a political prisoner for 15 years.

Growing up, Olga was deeply influenced by her family's history. It fostered in her a need for justice that eventually led her to Boalt Hall, School of Law, at the University of California at Berkeley. She graduated hoping to pursue a career in international relations law, but went instead to an entertainment law firm in Los Angeles.

Eventually she left to raise her children and to begin her writing career. She started out writing historical romances, five in all, and then moved on to suspense.
