About the Author

Nice to meet you! My name is Ashley and I enjoy spending a lot of time attempting to make small impacts on the world one day at a time. I am serving as the Managing Member/CEO of Koalatative Guided Solutions, LLC while beginning my self-wellness routine for the 500th time. With over 10 years of evperoence educating, mentoring, and providing information to adults concerning the path to self-wellness, I thought it was about time that I took my own advice.

Educational background consists of a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Sociology with a Criminal Justice emphasis and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in International Psychology with a Trauma Services concentration while selectively chosing to focus on clinical health psychology.
