About the Author

Martha Rowe Sconnely writes children's stories and inspirational fiction. She grew up between the magical venues of Central Florida theme parks and the glistening waters of the Atlantic Ocean, and close enough to Kennedy Space Center to hear the sonic boom whenever the space shuttle returned to Earth.

Martha taught Language Arts for several years. She met her husband when they shared a classroom at Conway Middle School. They're still trying to figure out how their children grew up so fast and how their MUST LOVE DOGS commitment turned into rescuing a cat.
