When the Glass Ceiling Is Stained: Who's the Architect?
Though tremendous strides have been made in cracking the glass ceiling in business, politics, medicine, law, and other professions, the same cannot be said of some congregations and denominations within the Christian church. This is particularly heartbreaking in light of the reality that Jesus and the early apostles and disciples cracked the stained-glass ceiling wide open in the first century.

God has carved out places in his church for every woman who has given her life to him, and he wants us to shine in those places. He has given us the spiritual gifts we need to shine in fulfilling the purposes he chose for us. He does not want us to hide our spiritual gifts. He is displeased when or if we choose to hide our gifts. So, trust in the Lord, follow the leading of the Spirit, and walk in the purpose for which you were created.
