This book is intended to be read as a business manual of those things what-not-to-do in a business, the ways in which leaders should never behave, and the business practices which can only lead down the road to failure.

It was written to demonstrate the very essence of what can be wrong in the world of manufacturing when Leadership is missing or intermittent; where in fact, the only leadership style present at the top of this organization can be best described as a ‘dictatorship’ and when the few who knows better are forced to flee or submit to the slow demise, out of fear of losing their job or other necessity.
This work illustrates business stagnation, the true way of how to prevent a company from growing, by dis-empowering its people and doing nothing to encourage teamwork and positive communication among its employees!
Even though the name of the company and people have been changed to protect the unfortunate and the innocent, the tale is still, all too real

Jag is a Mechanical Engineer by trade and also a Hindu Priest of the Arya Samaj – A Hindu Reform Society founded by Maharishi Swami Dayanand Saraswati on April 7th 1875. Influencing change in the way people think at work, at home, and in religious congregations is his preferred method by which Jag seeks to help in creating a world of ‘Peace Love and Unity’.
He was born in 1962 to Pandit Budhram Mahadeo ‘Papa’ and Rajkumaree Mahadeo ‘Mama’ and the fourth of five children. His sisters are Vidya B Mahadeo, and Vishwanie B Mahadeo-heads. His Brothers are Dr. Vishwa B Mahadeo, and Dr. Yoganand B Mahadeo.
He is married to Dee and is the father of two children, Avinash and Vashti Devi.
He is a trained LEAN Expert from Milwaukee School of Engineering and spend his life in the Machine Shop world, utilizing his LEAN and Leadership skills to create leaner, friendlier and more profitable businesses in his places of employment. Because of his unique spiritual perspective, exceptional leadership and people skills, he has a unique insight into the Manufacturing world.
