Overview

"What God has joined together let not man separate." Mark 10:9

Most people believe the Scripture above to mean every marriage is ordained and blessed by God. But this is not true. God does NOT bless every marriage. Every person who says they are a Christian is not a true follower of Jesus. Likewise, every couple who marries does not enter into a godly (a covered and blessed) union. Claiming to follow Jesus and actually following Him are two completely different things.

God designed marriage to serve His purpose which is to reflect the relationship Jesus has with His Bride (the Church) and to further His Kingdom plan. The world has borrowed God's idea of marriage which reflects something completely different. There are very clear differences between a worldly marriage and a godly one which are covered in this book. Which one are you building?

"And we can be sure that we know Him if we obey His commandments. If someone claims, "I know God," but does not obey God's commandments, that person is a liar and is not living in the truth." 1 John 2:3-4
