CHAPTER 1
On the day after Christmas, December 26 -there is still holiday cheer in the air. We have opened our gifts and played with our toys - yet I gazed up into the sky with a stare
I stop, and pause for a moment and think; as I walk, the snow covered fields, of clover. I ponder and ponder the most curious question: "What does Santa Claus do, when Christmas is over?"
After leaving the North Pole; Santa travels all over the world, delivering gifts and presents in only one night. Shouting, "Merry Christmas to all" and laughing "Ho, Ho, Ho" with reindeer dashing through the air with delight
Well, we've opened all our gifts, licked Candy Canes and gobbled up Sugar Cookies all aglow - still I wondered about Santa Claus and what he was doing, while I stood there, out in the snow
Well Santa's back home, in the frozen North Pole; taking a well-deserved rest. With his red suit on the hanger, his hat across the chair and his belt resting on his warm red vest.
The reindeer also took a long, deep sleep; resting in those warm, winter stalls. The elves even took a holiday vacation, before creating new toys for all ...
He slept, and slept, and slept day and night - Tucked in his warm, comfortable bed. A fire in the fireplace keeps his room toasty and warm - So, that's what Santa does; he has nothing to dread....
When Santa awakens from his long winters rest; a list of things he has to do comes to mind. It all begins in February when Cupid visits his home ... Santa asks Mrs. Claus.... "will you be my valentine"
Every year in March, Santa travels to Ireland; to visit his friend: the magical Leprechaun King: Wootie McBell on St. Patrick's Day. He even helps the Easter Bunny deliver all those beautiful Easter eggs; Santa's swell!!! ... what more can I say
