About the Author

Alyssa Lynn is an author from Central Pennsylvania. She's a mom to an amazing little girl named Addie (who is the spittin' image of her mama, Lord help her) and they spend a lot of their time outside. Alyssa loves to hike, run, fish, paint, draw, play volleyball, write, read, and travel. She's SUPER outgoing and loves meeting new people. In addition to writing and being a mom, she works full-time in the finance office at one of the top ten universities in the United States (and hopes that her writing will, someday, get her on to bigger and better things)

She always wanted to become a writer; as do quite a few people, so she woke up one morning and sat down at her laptop. She had her first book (Seeing Double) written in 24 days and it was published less than a month later.

I bought the book today and it was a quick read. With bullying being such an epidemic in our society, I think that it is something parents of school age children should read. In most situations, parents are not aware of when their child is being bullied and the results, like in this story, often end in tragedy. Perhaps if they read this story, parents will be more tuned in as to what may be going on with their children before it becomes too late.

This book is FABULOUS. Very hard to read content, so emotional. You can actually feel what the characters are feeling. I highly recommend reading this and if you have kids, they should read it too.
