Overview

In "Thicker Than Water," Tye and Wade are identical twin brothers; inseparable as boys, and now men, no one ever thought anything could come between them, but someone did. Dinah is the woman of every man's dreams. She's smart, sexy and down to earth. She's like one of the guys, so much so that next to his brother, Dinah is Wade's very best friend. After a night of alcohol and misinterpreted emotions, Wade and Dinah cross the friendship boundary line. Wade turns off his emotions when Tye's strong attraction to Dinah connects the two. It's a matter of time before Wade's suppressed feelings get the best of him...and bring out the worst.

In "The Ghostwriter," although Rhain Garrett's daily nine to five pays for her necessities in life, her nightly side gig as a ghostwriter is her true passion. For extra money and to feed her literary desires, Rhain takes other people's thoughts and translates them into sentimental keepsakes. What seemed like an uneventful life for Rhain all changes after a chance meeting with the smooth talking debonair, Fred. Just as quickly as the sun rises on Rhain's dull life, it sets. When one of her ghostwriting gigs lands her as the number one suspect in a murder case, she soon learns that Fred might not be who he says he is.

Joylynn M. Jossel, author of The Root of All Evil and its sequel, When Souls Mate, brings yet another page turning, spicy thriller. Brace yourself, because in this emotional roller-coaster of a ride, when it rains, it pours. So try to stay dry, but the forecast shows that chances are...you'll get WET!

About the Author

Joy, a native of Columbus, Ohio, after thirteen years of being a paralegal in the insurance industry, finally divorced her career and married her mistress and her passion, writing.

In the year 2000 she formed her own publishing company. Joy shares what she has learned in the literary industry by instructing a workshop titled Self-Publishing: The Basics You Need to Get Started. In this informative workshop, Joy touches on everything from copyrighting, eBook publishing and bar coding to ISBNs and economical printing on demand.

In 2004 Joy branched off into the business of literary consulting, in which she provides one-on-one consulting and literary services such as ghostwriting, professional read-throughs, write-behinds and critiques. Her clients consist of first-time authors, national best-selling authors, New York Times bestselling authors and entertainers.

Joy has come a long way since the debut of her first title, Please Tell Me If the Grass Is Greener. Since then she has published a diary of poems titled World on My Shoulders; she has collaborated on the publication of an erotica anthology titled Twilight Moods, in which her contribution is titled
"Daydreaming at Night." She was also featured in The Game: Short Stories about the Life, in which her contribution is titled "Popped Cherry."

Joy has also written a children's book titled The Secret Olivia Told Me under the name N. Joy, which received an American Library Coretta Scott King Honor. The book club rights were acquired by Scholastic Books and it has sold over 100,000 copies. Joy self-published her first full-length novel, titled The Root of All Evil, which was eventually picked up by a major publishing house and re-released. In addition, they signed Joy to do two other novels, her Essence magazine best-seller, If I Ruled the World, and When Souls Mate (the sequel to The Root of All Evil). They also signed Joy to a novella deal titled An All Night Man, in which Joy's contribution is titled "Just Wanna Love Ya." Joy's triumphant street novel Dollar Bill is also an Essence magazine best-seller.
